Alex Artymiak

Alex is a yoga, meditation, and breath-work teacher based in Santa Monica, California. Though he started his yoga journey seeking strength, balance, and flexibility as a way to improve his surfing skills, he soon realized that yoga ignited in him a deep and powerful internal shift.


Since his first teacher training in 2011, Alex chose to dedicate his life to studying yoga. He has since taught over 5,000 classes, led retreats around the world, and lectured on yogic philosophy and meditation in teacher trainings. His philosophy, “keep your spine long, your breath strong, and your mind on,” is a formula for presence and clarity on and off the mat.

Angel is a mental health advocate, yoga teacher, cult survivor, storyteller, and creator of The Process by Angel, which uses guided self-inquiry to stimulate brain development. She is passionate about helping others improve their self-confidence by identifying where their self-limiting beliefs come from and teaching them how to create new thought algorithms that allow them to move forward.


Angel lives and works in Los Angeles as a yoga teacher and wellness consultant, and when she's not buried deep in The Process, you’ll probably find her on a mountaintop in the Sierras or in a Japanese restaurant.

Andrew Sealy

Andrew is a connection catalyst, a yoga artist, and a movement creator. He spends his time traveling, adventure-seeking, and sharing experiences with friends around the world. Andrew hosts the Yoga Revealed Podcast, in which he interviews Yogis from all walks of life who share their inspiring stories.


He’s always had a profound connection with nature and its healing properties, stemming from his upbringing in Barbados, where as a young boy, he loved exploring the vast beaches. Driven by his profound passion for self-healing, Andrew’s yoga journey began soon after College, and he became a devout yoga practitioner. He currently resides in Costa Rica and leads Yoga teacher training workshops around the world.

With a health and fitness career that has spanned over two decades, including being a personal trainer, bodyworker, and group fitness instructor, Buddy is a force of nature in the world of fitness and self-empowerment. His love of movement began as a kid punching and kicking his way through martial arts, tumbling in gymnastics, and hitting tennis balls on the court. Buddy resides in Los Angeles and is currently the Group Fitness Manager for Equinox West Hollywood and an International Master Trainer for Keiser Fitness Company.

Vasu Dudakia

Ayurvedic Practitioner

Born in New York and raised around the world, Vasu was brought up in the Vedic traditions since childhood. In his early teens, he faced challenges with his physical self-image, which inspired him to lead a healthier conscious lifestyle.

Trained in the ancient guru-disciple tradition of India, Vasu developed hands-on skills in guiding others to balance the stresses and pressures of life through the mind-body and digestive wisdom of Ayurveda. He has been practicing the Mind-body medicinal practices and lifestyle of Ayurveda since 2011 and has completed a 750-hour course on Ayurveda under the guidance of Dr. Paul Dugliss.
