Job Guarantee Refund Policy

Job Guarantee: ISSA offers a money-back guarantee to candidates who have completed the Certified Personal Trainer program, the HCI Pathway Health & Wellness Coach Training program or the ISSA Yoga & Wellness Academy Yoga 200 program and met the criteria below.

To qualify for the money-back guarantee:

You must be a legal US Resident and eligible to work in the United States

You must be a legal US Resident and eligible to work in the United States

You must have purchased the Certified Personal Trainer Program after June 1, 2018

You must have purchased the HCI Pathway Program after June 25, 2024

You must have purchased the Yoga 200 after January 1, 2023

You must take and pass the NCCPT Certified Personal Trainer NCCA Accredited proctored exam. Please note: this exam is only offered in English

You must take and pass the NBHWC/NBME Health & Wellness Coach Certifying Examination within one year of Pathway certification

You must take and pass the ISSA online CPR/AED course, pass the Yoga 200 exam and register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT-200

Meet the minimum requirements of gym employment and apply and interview with at least 3 gyms within 6 months of completing your certification course

Meet the minimum requirements of coaching employment, apply for, AND complete at least three interviews with three health & wellness organizations within six months of completing your board certification

Meet the minimum requirements of yoga studio, health club or gym employment and apply for and interview with at least 3 yoga studios, health clubs, or gyms within 6 months of completing your Yoga 200 course

Any refund issued will be automatically refunded to the original payment form within 30 days.
